JOB SUMMARY（工作概要）
To administrate and coordinate all application of JOS, Guide the
respective members in operating with a high level of efficiency,
integrity and enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellence in all
endeavors. Be creative and proactive and also focus on
continuous improvement on JOS

To perform system validation, testing, training, improvement.
执行系统确认，测试，培训，改善
PREREQUISITES基本要求
Degree/Diploma discipline, preferable in electrical/electronics engineering
or Degree/Diploma discipline not in electrical/electronics engineering
preferably with 2 years experience in the quality related or information
technological engineering field
大专学历，电子或非电子专业，在品质相关或是信息工程领域有两年以上
工作经验
Understand CAC, QIC, MIC, TIC, QRQC, Internal audit and all the
basic QMS requirement.
懂得, QIC, MIC, TIC, QRQC, Internal audit等等一些基本的品质管理系统要求

1 Coach new workcell Engineer to use JOS system
指导Wokcel工程师使用JOS系统
2 Train meeting owner to set & Launch JOS meeting
培训会议责任人如何设定和发起JOS会议

3 Follow up the JOS execution for each workcell
跟踪JOS使用执行度
4 Assist Workcell& Dept& Operation to complete JOS setting and verify effectiveness of the actions
协助Workcell & Dept& Operation完成JOS设置及action的有效性
5 Regularly take audit for Workcell &Dept&Operation
定期稽核WC&部门&operation的JOS的有效性
6 Support each Dept & Workcell’ question on JOS system
对其各部门&工作单元关于JOS系统上的疑问和问题提供支持
7 When available, work for extra duty assigned by QA manager
能够完成品质部经理分派的一些额外工作
8 Follow Supervisor’s other job assignment.
服从上级主管安排的其他工作任务
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS（一般要求）
1 PC knowledge, Quality assurance and quality Control concept,
communication skill, team work, willing to work under high
pressure.
