Position: Associate Planning Director / Planning Director
Location: Guangzhou

Responsibilities:
- Direct report to Business Director
- Set media objective, analyze market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy
- Construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy
- Explore new media forms and innovative media ideas
- Brief buying team to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan
- Co-ordinate with clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing
- Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight

Requirement:
- Excellent general education with 6-8 years relevant experience; previous 4A agency experience is preferred, Brand Manager in Worldwide Top 500 corporate or Project Manager in big research house is a advantage
- Good understanding of the production process of advertising and all other forms of communication mediums
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively
- Able to prioritize, communicate these priorities and motivate a team accordingly
- High energy level, excellent listening skills and able to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing
- Computer knowledge, especially PPT in English is a must
