职位描述
- To provide full spectrum HR services to the employees in the Guangzhou Branch. Make sure all the company policies are effectively implemented;
- Execute HR initiatives, processes and programs (i.e. payroll compiling, staffing, compensation and benefits, employees relationship, policy administration, HR data management, etc.) to support the business objectives;
- Familiar with relevant local policies, continually follow up and understand the labor law and regulations;
- Sound knowledge of policies related to Individual Income Tax;
- Involve in staff cost analysis and profit plan data collection
- Provides administrative support to the Branch;
- The incumbent would also perform the role as Assistant to Branch Manger
- Other tasks assigned by Branch Manager;
Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent with in depth and up-to-date knowledge of HR management, labor laws and business administration;
- At least 3 years working experience in HR field in a multinational business environment, preferably in the finance and banking industry.
- Command of spoken & written English communication skill;
- MS Offices software skill;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
