职位描述
Education/Experience (Minimum entry level requirements for the job
1. College Degree and above, majority of Logistics is preferred;
2. Over 5 year working experience on Warehouse Management;
3. With systematic training on warehouse management, like ABC, FIFO, etc.
4. Working Experience in multinational Company is preferred.
Be familiar with local (GZ) Warehouse and distribution resources
1、 Extensive knowledge of warehousing systems using rack storage/ fork-lifts
2、 Must have worked with a WMS (Warehousing management system)
3、 First hand experience of FIFO practices
4、 Knowledge of innovative ideas on storage, stock movement & delivery systems
Management Competency:
1. To construct and motivate a team with high team performance;
2. A good team leader;
3. Rich skills on management communication and coaching;
Personality:
1、 Self-motivated under pressure;
2、 Responsibility taking, decision making;
