Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and coordinate long-term budget planning and preparation of particular logistics budget.起草和协调长期的预算计划、特殊的物流预算.

2. Direct subordinate staff and collaborate with supervisors of other departments to co-ordinate requests and resources; resolve serious grievances in all these processes.指导下属并与其它部门主管合作来协调运输申请和资源, 并且解决流程中的问题.

3. Provide instructions on how to deal with material and equipment and ensure the liquidation of surplus material.对物料和设备的处理给予指导以确保能够合理处理过剩的物料.

4. Ensure the accuracy of the stock and keep the material and product in order. 确保仓库库存数据的准确性(包括所有的原材料和产品，并保持有序状态.)

5. Select, evaluate and recommend forwarders and carriers that meet the desired standards, defined by company procedures and the group pool purchasing department.根据公司流程和集团采购部门的需求标准，挑选、评估和推荐代运公司和运送公司.

6. Continuously try to increase the accuracy of stock reporting so as to improve production planning and departmental efficiency.持续努力提高库存汇报的准确性以改进生产计划和部门效率.

EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree in Engineering, Logistics or Business Administration物流专业或业务管理

- Computer literacy 熟练操作电脑

- Working knowledge of ERP systems 熟悉ERP系统

- Good English 英文熟练

- Forein company experience 外企物流经验

WORK EXPERIENCE (Specify length and type/areas)

- Have more than 5-year working experience in Logistics & Warehouse area;

- Minimum 3 years in related positions (preferably in a manufacturing company)
