1、中英文接听电话或接收网络订单，根据客户要求在系统中做好订单并进行跟踪处理；
2、将合作餐厅菜单数据录入公司系统与网站；
3、协同其他部门做好客户维护工作；
4、有很好的客户服务意识，及时处理客人投诉。
5、做好客户服务部的管理工作
职位要求
1、善于沟通和协调、爱岗敬业，责任心强，勇于承担重任；
2、声音动听，具亲和力；
3、英语口语良好，普通话流利；
4、熟悉基本计算机操作技能；
5、有耐心和良好的协调能力
另：公司可以提供宿舍，配有空调，热水器
