职位描述
Job Duties
1. Handle routine shipments through communicate with overseas and domestic customers.
2. Secure high service level is delivered through coordination with internal colleague.
3. Exception, complain and objective handlings.
4. Collect customer information and business intelligence.
5. Develop and maintain business by good communication skill, customer focus and customer care.
6. Collect payment through calling, make sure all invoice can be collected.
7. Make sure all information was keyed into system.
Requirements
1. Junior college graduate & CET-4 or above level, Good written, reading and oral English.
2. Welcomed fresh graduation, 1 year above logistics experience in Ocean Freight/Air Freight is preffered.
3. Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications like Word, Excel.
4. Team worker, can work under pressure
5. Attention to detail.
6. Good communication skill, customer care.
Welfare:
1. 14 days paid annual leave.
2. 5*8 working hour per week.
3. 5 insurances + 1 housing fund.
4. Double paid in the last month of year.
