岗位职责
1、负责集团日常行政管理的运作，包括各类物资管理、相关合同及文件的存档、证件的申请与年检等工作；
2、负责集团行政总体规划及行政体系的建设和完善，制定、参与或协助集团执行相关的政策和制度；
3、负责行政部门人员的工作管理及指导；
4、定期组织做好办公环境检查，及时发现问题、解决问题，同事督促做好纠正和防范工作；
5、协调各部门之间的关系，做好集团内外沟通工作，有效支持各部门的工作开展。

任职资格
1、大专或以上学历，企业管理、行政管理或相关专业优先；
2、年龄45岁以下，5年以上行政工作经验，其中3年以上行政管理工作经验；
3、善于人际沟通协调，责任心强，考虑问题全面细致，性格开朗，有团队合作精神；
4、熟悉OA办公系统，有大型集团相关任职经验者优先。
