Responsibility:

- Follow MRO demand and take procurement activities

根据MRO的需求进行采购工作

- Confirm the open PO with the supplier, make sure of on - time delivery and meet the company's needs

跟进和确认采购订单并确保按照公司需求准时到货

- Coordinate on the payment issue

协调和处理付款问题

- Conduct RFQ and negotiate/make the contract for.

组织询价活动和谈判，制定合同

- Manage supplier relationships and develop strategic supply base for the assigned indirect commodities

维护供应商关系和发展间接物料的战略供应商

- Identify and implement cost improvement initiatives to meet annual savings objectives

确定和实施改进措施达到每年成本节约的目标

- Monthly supplier performance review and yearly supplier audit with cross-funtion

每月供应商业绩评估回顾和与其他部门进行年度供应商评审

- Maintain and update the item data,make sure of the data integrity and accuracy in SAP system

维护和更新SAP里采购模块的相关信息

- Occasional regional business travel may be required

偶尔需要出差

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree, major is not restricted

本科学历，专业不限

- At least 2 years or above experience in purchase of indirect material, preferable in automotive industry

至少两年或以上间接材料采购经验，汽车行业相关采购经验优先考虑

- Responsible, strong team work, a self -started with strong problem solving skills and negotiation skill

具有良好的工作主动性及较强的解决问题能力，责任感强，有团队合作精神及较强的沟通谈判能力

- Good command of English in reading and writing

良好的英语读写能力
