职责:
- Plan and execute strategy to achieve sales target
-Develop and execute sales strategy
-Develop and implement sales process and infrastructure
-Direct and lead sales team members in tactical execution of plan
-Personally develop large client opportunities
-Drive strong sales disciplines around selling, engagement, planning, and forecasting
任职条件:
- Achieve sales targets set
- Oversee the work of individual contributor sales account managers who manage direct sales relationships with customers in an assigned geographic region or territory, or with specific named accounts.
- Manage and set clear, measurable performance goals for direct reports.
- Work with team members to devise strategies for underperforming market segments or customers, and evaluate if and how to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Play an active role in developing employees.
- Recruit as needed to expand their team to support increased sales levels, and bring additional Sales and Professional Services resources to the delivery and customer support process.
- Formulate business cases and solution scenarios, leading to adoption by end users and customers.
- Diligently monitor budgets, sales in progress, pipeline activity, and new prospects/opportunities using pipeline sales cycle management techniques.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on status, results, forecasts and sales revenues.
