We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this dedicated team in the role of Windows Release Management, Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

·Desktop Infrastructure development and support

·Common Windows Desktop (CWD) development, implementation and support

·Providing support and development for Windows release management (using Microsoft SCCM)

·Desktop components Development, implementation and support

·Knowledge Sharing & Cross Training to ensure all round awareness of various technologies in project

·Contribution towards KB system & effective usage of KB system

·Prepare new best practices documents, technical, processes documents for project / technology as applicable

·Internal / External trainings & Assessments / Certification as per role / project requirement

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/Technology.

·Quick learner with an ability to share and transfer knowledge.

·Ability to work under pressures;

·Good planning and prioritizing skills.

·Minimum of one year’s Information Technology/ IT Service desk experience or equivalent.

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, related technical field or equivalent experience.
