【Job Summery】
1.Responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquet sales objectives, revenue goal and KPIs of the hotel (Including MPSI, SPP, IFH, TeamHOT and etc.).
2.Develop strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.
3.Assist the Director of Catering & Convention in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
4.Assist the Director of Catering & Convention Managing and administering the F&B, Catering and Banquet service department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completed according to standard and in time.
5.Coordinate with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.

【Job Requirment】
1.Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows 98 or higher, Microsoft Office 97 or higher, Internet and other popular software.
2.Certification on professional sales training issued by recognized institution/university of the industry.
