1. 负责前程无忧在线招聘服务等产品的销售及市场开拓；
2. 开发和发掘目标客户的人力资源需求并提出有针对性的整体人力资源解决方案，确保销售目标完成；
3. 维护、巩固、提升客户关系，深入挖掘原有客户的人力资源需求；
4. 及时搜集、反馈客户意见和建议，积极协调内外资源，提高客户满意度；
5. 与客户及公司财务人员保持良好沟通，控制应收款额度，确保销售款项回笼。


任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，2年以上销售工作经验，具有人力资源行业销售经验及各网络公司销售经验者优先；
2. 有出众的表达能力与沟通技巧，擅于发掘客户的潜在需求，具备优秀的谈判技巧和快速反应的决策力；
3. 具备方案书撰写能力，熟练操作EXCEL和powerpoint软件及现场演示能力；
4. 较强的承压能力，执行力强，有较高的数据分析及逻辑分析能力，并时刻保持自己处于学习状态。
