  • In charge of bank payments and make sure that all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Timely maintain Cash and payment related vouchers in SAP B1.
  • Prepare for foreign currency transaction related documents required by SAFE in compliance with company and local regulation.
  • Prepare for bank reconciliation before monthly close.
  • Prepare for cash position report on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare for cash flow statement by month.
  • Check employee expense reports according to Corporate policy.
  • Accounting voucher printing, binding and filing on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain the record of fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Other tasks assigned by Finance manager
  Requirements:
  
  • Well education background with Bachelor degree. Major in Finance and accounting is preferred.
  • Have a good command of English, both verbally and in writing.
  • High integrity, be proactive, quick to learn, results driven and team working.
  • Have a good command of MS Office, especially in Excel.
  • 1 year working experience as cashier for some multinational company is preferred.
