Position/Title: Customer Service Representative
Report to: CS Supervisor
Education: Bachelor Degree in Science
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To enhance and uphold the customer service reputation of VWR by providing and ensuring timely, quality and professional customer service to all VWR customers.
Responsibilities:
l To provide customer support according to the company standards.
l To provide product and pricing information to sales and investigate and respond to queries according to the Customer Service Standards.
l To process customer orders ensuring accuracy according to requirements of the company.
l Implementing new protocols and procedures when necessary.
l Coordination and control of the phone system and the group teams/groups including statistics.
l Ensure that customer contact with VWR is professional, proactive and positive.
l Inform sales of any new customer opportunities that you encounter.
l Coordinate with outside sales and facilitate communications among the sales team.
l Adhere to any policy of quality requirements of customers
l Comply with Health and Safety requirements, policies and laws
l Ensure that any outstanding work is monitored and resolved as quickly as possible
l Inform sales of any new customer opportunities that you encounter.
Qualification:
l Education, Training and Certification: Science degree or technically focused

l Work Experience:
