Job Responsibilities
· Be responsible for promoting the company's products and providing professional services to our existing and potential customers.
· Find business opportunities from the existing and potential customers, develop new customers, sell products, and provide professional services to them.
· Identify new business opportunities which including calling the customers on a regular basis, selling products to customers and providing related services, and maintaining orders.
· Make marketing strategies for assigned market areas. Plan and organize the sales activities to ensure the completion of sales amount and profits to be continuously growing.
· Need to have strong communication skills and able to maintain good relationships with the company's clients and actively cooperate with all staffs in the U.S. headquarter and representatives in the China offices.

Job requirement / Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Radio communications, international trade or related undergraduate degree or above. Experience in sales of communications products is preferred.
· Knowledge and work related experiences in sales fields.
· English CET-6. Excellent in reading, writing and oral in English.
· Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office software and have basic computer network knowledge.
· Outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Detail and organized oriented.
· Strong self-management ability.
· Self- disciplined and be able to follow company's rules and regulations strictly.
· Must be a good team player.
