Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

§ To initiate, organize and implement promotional activities of the shopping mall

Major Tasks and Activities

§ Supervise agencies on promotion planning to make sure the plan aligns with the marketing calendar, budget and objectives

§ Monitor production houses in adaptation and production to ensure the quality

§ To fine-tune and alter marketing and promotional programs in accordance with customers' response and feedback

§ Manage tenants or third parties’ events to go along with the shopping mall brand image

§ To develop and maintain good relationship with tenants and partners

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

§ Bachelor degree, major in Marketing, English or relevant disciplines

§ Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in promotion, marketing or an advertising or marketing agency; retail experience preferred.

§ Creative and team player with good communication skills

§ Must be able to handle pressure well and meet tight timelines

§ Knowledge on digital marketing is preferred

§ Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua

§ Excellent skill of office software of Excel, PPT etc.

§ Good ability for planning, strategic thinking, priority setting;
