Major Responsibilities and Objectives

To assist the Property Manager and the Asst. Director in managing a building management team to provide

service to customers and tenants

Major Tasks and Activities

Assists Property Manager/Assistant Director on all aspects of ongoing building management at the assigned properties.

Assists Property Manager/Assistant Director to lead and train up the PMT staff.

Assists Property Manager/Assistant Director in preparing and managing the department budget.

Formulates and implements daily or special operational procedures, and reviews and upgrades such procedures.

Develops recruitment criteria and responsible for all recruitment activities.

Controls and maintains an updated record of department personnel.

Arranges and conducts training courses for new recruits and refresher courses for staff.

Maintains and updates equipment inventory list for the department.

Liaises and monitors performance and evaluates standards of contracted-out maintenance services such as cleaning and landscaping.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

University graduate or diploma in Property Management or related discipline;

At least 7 years’ experience in building management;

Good communication and people management skills;

Certificate on Property Management preferred;

Fluency in spoken and written English and Putonghua preferred;

建立招聘标准，负责所有的招聘事务；

控制和维护最新的部门人员记录；

安排和管理新入职员工和在职员工的培训；

维护和更新部门设备清单目录；

监督外判项目如：清洁和绿化等维护项目，并对其标准进行评估；

物业经理外出时充当物业经理的角色。

技巧、资格和经验需求：

良好的沟通和人际管理技巧；

有物业经理上岗证者优先考虑；

英语和普通话说写流利；

8年以上物业管理经验；
