Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

Manage and assist in the creation and direction of the brand;

Develop and implement sound creative concepts and strategies to efficiently communicate the brand values. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including but not limited to the management of advertising, brand building and customer experience improvement projects;

Plan and arrange multi-media marketing presentations and marketing collaterals;

Plan and manage advertising expenditure budgets;

Undertake brand and consumer research and analysis to assist in marketing and leasing directions;

To source and engage strategic partners, including creative suppliers and commercial supporters;

Develop souvenirs for the company.

Employees Supervised: 5-7

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

University graduate or above, major in Marketing/Communication related discipline a plus;

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong people management skills, a positive team player with a pro-active and flexible approach;

Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

Understanding and keen interest in retail industry;

Strong in creative thinking, detail oriented;

7-10 years of marketing experience preferably retail or property related. Working experience in 4As advertising or PR agencies is also a plus;

Work on irregular hours as when required.
