Responsibilities:

· Spearhead the execution of a company-wide digital strategy through a holistic approach involving Web, mobile, social and traditional platforms.

· Work closely with each business center to understand the scope of the company’s operations and establish priorities for areas to digitally enhance or modify.

· Align back-office technology with front-office innovations to ensure that departments are working together towards the implementation of the strategy.

· Define the digital consumer experience across all business touch points and leverage analytics to understand customer behaviour and make adjustments.

· Connect with experts in the industry and form capacity-building partnerships.

· Actively research the latest innovations, changes in competition and shifts in market.

· Communicate the company’s digital vision internally and externally.

· Set clear goals with measurable results and report regularly to Senior Management.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, IT or digital product development, a significant proportion of which is at a supervisory or management level

· Strong background in information architecture design, experienced in development of websites, other digital tools and platforms

· Demonstrable track record at project managing large scale web or other digital projects involving cross-functional teams and different markets

· Firm understanding and experience of managing CRM, search campaign optimization

· Familiarity with international, HK and Chinese social media platforms and insight into how digital trends are affecting our industry

Preferred

· An MBA or MS in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience

· Experience in property, consumer retail preferred
