Responsibilities:
Provide support on North Asia HR affairs:
§ Interview and Selection: screening applications, arrange interviews, offer preparation etc.
§ Training and Integration, coordinate training for new comers and on-boarding preparations etc.
§ HR Administration, HRIS maintenance, update personnel information, record keeping etc.
§ Other contingent assignment from North Asia HR team.
Requirements:
Essential:
§ Available for 2 months, 4 working days a week.
§ Fast learner, positive attitude.
§ Good command of English skills in oral, writing and reading.
§ Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
§ High sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
Preferred:
§ previous HR internship experience with other MNC;
§ high GPA score at school
§ Student specializing in HRM
