Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Work under the guidance and direction of the Manager of Information Technology.

2. Provide the end users with information technology support as it relates to Danby’s products and services.

3. Assist with problems and provide guidance with computers, electronic equipment, printing or software related issues.

4. Installs, maintains and supports PC hardware and peripherals.

5. Installs new software or approved upgrades for clients as instructed.

6. Responsible for adding, moving or changes to user PCs and peripherals.

7. Support Cellular and Wi-Fi requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in computer application or related majors.

2. Experiences in system & network administrator position preferred.

3. Read, write and communicate in English.

4. Ability to work independently.

5. Possess the following personal qualities: high standards, commitment, ethical values, and achievement oriented.
