Job Description:1. Check the qualities of TSRs’ inbound and outbound sales calls; evaluate sales technique and qualities based on quality standards and provide constructive feedbacks.
2. Help build and continuously review quality evaluation system to make it meet the needs of both contact center development and customer satisfaction.
3. Set up and update quality standards according to market conditions and contact center development needs.
4. Make recommendations to contact center manager to
a) improve service quality;
b) plan training and coaching to facilitate TSRs with sufficient insurance knowledge and sales skill and technique.
5. Help build and optimize staff incentive plan.
6. Maybe need to work on weekends according to business requirement.

1. 检查电话营销代表接听及呼出的电话，按既定的服务标准作电话处理技巧及质量的评估，并提出建设性的反馈意见。
2. 协助建立质量评估系统，并持续对电话联络中心质保计划进行总结及协调更新，以确保满足部门业务发展的需要和达到客户满意度。
3. 根据市场趋向和部门发展情况合理制定和更新电话服务质量标准。
4. 根据部门质量评估情况，向电话中心经理提出
a) 改善服务品质的建议；
b) 相关培训需求建议与计划，以确保前线销售员工具备充足的业务知识及销售和服务技巧。
5. 协助建立和优化员工激励制度。
6. 根据业务情况，可能需要在周末工作
