职位描述
岗位职责:
1.需求的了解及代码编写和单元测试；
2.遵循编码规范，及时完成项目管理组分配的开发任务，保证项目开发进度；
3.配合测试对所开发项目进行集成测试、缺陷修复等项目品质保证的相关工作；
4.对所负责项目进行代码优化、功能维护、性能维护、需求变更和协助系统部进行系统维护、系统优化以及相关的项目维护工作；
5.对前瞻性技术的跟踪和调研，并能把合适的技术应用到公司的项目上。
岗位要求：
1、java基础扎实，熟悉JSP开发；
2、掌握javascript/HTML/CSS；
3、了解java网络/多线程等服务器端开发技术；
4、了解linux/mysql；
5、热衷java技术，具有高度的责任心、优秀的学习能力；
6、有相关工作经验者优先考虑，优秀应届毕业生亦可。
