职位描述
Job Description:
1. Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
2. Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a plan to continually improve the current ISO9001 quality program.
3. Interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product supply and assist with the effective introduction of new products;
4. Working with purchasing staff to implement supplier development programs with external suppliers.
5. Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation;
6. Assist with the implementation of application of environmental and health and safety standards;
7. Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.
8. Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
9. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
10. Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications;
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degrees in engineering field;
2. 6 years and above of prior experience in Quality Assurance;
3. Demonstrated experience working with manufacturers, suppliers and customer;
4. Ability to effectively communicate ( written and oral ) in both English and Mandarin
