职位描述
Qualifications:
* Bachelor law degree or above.
* PRC practising lawyer licence is preferred.
Experience:
* Min 8 years Legal practice experience, with both international and local PRC exposure.
* International Education preferred and/or working stint with international law firm or MNC.
* Strong commercial awareness and practically-oriented to add value to business;
* Solid understanding of PRC laws and regulations.
* Make sure the whole organization complies with group/regional compliance requirements.
* Conduct compliance audit to identify non-compliance issues.
