1) 调香

a)  准备工作

* 检查仓库运送上来的原料

* 预加热原料

* 预先溶解难溶原料

* 准备合适的调香设备

b) 调香

* 按时完成调香的生产

* 在需要时与生产主管和生产技工沟通，以便获得更多的资源来完成生产

* 操作各种设备：泵、过滤器、电子称、叉车等

* 持续和精确称量

* 按照正确的投料顺序进行投料

c) 搅拌混合

* 根据搅拌时间表对成品进行搅拌

d) 取样

* 保证物料不会交叉污染

* 按照正确的操作程序进行取样

e) 清理

* 完成工作后清理现场

* 确保设备干净清洁

f) 维护电子称的良好状态以便后续精确称量

2) 良好操作规范、质量保证、5S

a) 环境

* 操作和维持搅拌缸在良好状态，确保没有发生泄漏

* 发现任何泄漏马上作出处理并报告生产主管

* 尽量减少在调香过程中发生的损耗

b) 健康

* 识别危险物料的等级

* 严格遵循标准操作程序来操作危险物料

c) 安全

* 佩戴合适的个人保护装备

* 参与团队召开的安全想象会议

* 报告安全未遂事件

d) 报告任何不安全的行为和状况

3) 团队和沟通

a) 和所有的部门和生产雇员紧密沟通，以使生产运作顺畅

简单的英文读写能力
