Key Responsibilities / Core Responsibilities

- Working with brand team for digital brand content creation on social media.
- Co-work with brand team for digital activation ideation, planning, and execution.
- Working with media agency to develop media strategy and plan to maximize new user acquisition. Optimize media investment based on tracking data.
- Working with media agency to develop SEM/SEO strategy for local market, and responsible for data analysis and keywords optimization.
- Working with brand team and regional / global team for official site maintenance.
- Manage digital budget for monthly accuracy.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Strong business sense with marketing knowledge
- Strategic and out of the box thinking.
- Good creative sense on what works on social media
- Excellent project management skills and multi-tasking
- Still well functional and rational thinking even under high workload

Education and Experience

- University education, Marketing, Communication; Technology know-how is a big plus
- Minimal 6 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years of digital marketing related experience.
- Deep understanding and insight on digital dynamic in China market.
- Experience in managing brand site, social media
- Excellence in Execution. Attention to detail and accuracy for project execution. Get things done.
- Experience in managing online marketing vendors i.e. media agency, creative agency and etc.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good communication and partnership mindset.
- Marketing experience in an in-house position is preferred.
