Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 830am-530pm
Location: Jin Mao Tower, Pudong, Shanghai

Responsibilities:

File China immigration documents for our clients at related government agencies
Meet with clients and assist them with certain immigration formalities, including visa applications and medical exams
Collect and return legal documents from/to our clients
Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English or Hotel Management
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
Experience in administration or HR is preferred
At least one year experience with the visa application process is required.
Superior problem solving skills
The ability to work as a part of a team and independently as required
Strong work ethic and commitment to providing world-class client service
Experience working in a hotel is preferred
