1. Mitigate flash fraud attacks through heuristic expert rules as well as data driven algorithm. Develop, maintain and enhance rule solutions.
2. Respond to risk mitigation needs of high value customers and strategic business partners. Establish proactive monitoring and mitigation of potential fraud attack.
3. Ensure accurate implementation of risk decision solutions, while supporting their utilization and monitoring.
4. Develop long term scalable rule solutions for the high value customers.

1. Strong common sense, logical thinking and problem solving skills. Must and terrific business acumen. Ability to synthesize information and generalize the pattern.
2. Must have strong analytical skills. Experience working with large amount of data and implementing data driven solutions is a plus.
3. Knowledge on Predicative Modeling, data mining and analytical tool. Familiar with data analysis tools such as SQL/SAS and decision tree is preferred.
4. Excellent communication skills. Experience presenting findings to large audience and across different levels within the organization.
5. Great inter-personal skills. Manager relationship with key partners. Able to collaborate with remote teams effectively.
6. Knowledge of decision engine and tools are preferred.
