职位描述
Job Functions:
1. Responsible for the initiation, coordination and implementation of the Asia Pacific Supply Chain Operations & Process Improvement and Logistics Projects
1.1 Provide/support continuous improvement training as needed
2. Support and enhance the Asia Pacific businesses by driving Supply Chain process analysis, benchmarking and improvements and by supporting systems applications implementations and introduce best SC practices
3. Drive SC performance improvements by developing appropriate performance metrics for the region, and setting targets in line with Corporate metrics. Monitor metrics to ensure performance is on track
4. Liaise with WW SC and provide input to support Strategy development, implementation and WW SC projects
5. Support other Lexmark initiatives as needed
Dimension/Coverage: 1. AP and WW Supply Chain teams, Finance
2. AP Sales, Services, and Customers
KPI: Supply Chain metrics such as On Time delivery performance, fill rate; expense/revenue; Cash Cycle; Cost savings; Inventory metrics
Travelling: 15 - 30%
Requirements:
Must have: 1. Proficient Project and Change Management as well as Lean/OE skills
2. Proven track record of managing the supply chain and logistics in high tech industry
3. Written and verbal proficiency in English; Mandarin, and Cantonese; other Asian languages is an advantage.
Work experience: 1. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a Supply Chain/logistics role in a high tech industry
2. Worked in cross-cultural and complex multi-national companies
3. Demonstrated skills in developing and managing Scorecards, cost efficiency projects, VOC,
Finished goods and service parts delivery models and implementation plans, network optimization
Essential qualities: 1. Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, interact well with all level of people cross-functionally and regionally, ability to manage conflict. Excellent presentation skills to senior management
2. Possesses strong leadership quality and able to lead and influence team members
3. Highly self motivated, has initiative, autonomous, ability to think out-of-the-box and bring in new ideas to improve current processes
4. Must be a team player
Education: Bachelor Degree in IE preferred; MBA, certified project management, Lean/OE an advantage
Other: 1. MS Applications proficient
