Objectives:

According to the agreed strategies, policies and practices, provide inputs and participate in the planning and technical development of products and services as well as Crop Solutions to support the implementation of Go To Market Strategies and Policies in the assigned areas.

Main Tasks:

• Implement Crop Protection China 2020 Strategies and New Go-To-Market Strategy with Farmer Focus and lead Key Business Unit Crop Innovation Specialist team to be the trusted value advisors to the farmers;


• Lead the Key Business Unit Crop Innovation Specialist team to work out Key Business Unit key crops solutions and support on the Nationalwide key crops solutions work out and implementation;


• Understanding farmers' needs via farmers and channel partners visit, collect and analyze farmers expections and problems and propose related solutions to company;


• Act as an active member in sales team to provide technical service & supports such as trials, demos, organizing technical seminars, workshop and training to introduce and promote products and crops solutions.


• Provide technical inputs/recommendation to strategy development and implementation based on analysis of product performance in comparison to competitive products and reports that define and rank performance requirements for technical success


• Provide technical support to customers as trouble shooters and technical consultant, including handling/follow-up complaints on technical related issues


• Act as Trusted Valued Advisors to the farmers at a larger account to identify future customer needs and determine their service needs, approaches and procedures to meet their satisfaction with products and services


• Support Product Development team on new pre-marketing trails.

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Crop Protection, Agriculture or related studies


• Above 8 years in Crop Protection


• Computer skills in Microsoft Office
