Job Responsibility:

1,Development follow-ups, communication, technical assistance to both factory and US developer/PLM.
2,Responsible for checking the production capacity of factory to ensure that there is capacity allocation for when the production order is downloaded. Close monitoring of production in-process control and final inspection of products before shipment.
3,Work with Deckers non-FW costing person and factories to achieve 40% GM.
4,Ensure that material physical properties are tested during development stage so any potential issues can be resolved before going into production. RS compliance of materials to be used in production is a must.
5,Responsible for maintaining good filing of material swatches, development designs and product specs.

Job Requirement

1,College Graduate or any equivalent Technical course.
2,At least 3 years in Apparel development and production.
3,Experience working with a brand is plus factor.
4,Basic knowledge in pattern. 5,Knowledge in materials and trim’s/component.
6,Basic knowledge in product costing.
7,Must be computer literate.
