职位描述
- For our Energy Sector in Guangzhou,we are looking for a Commercial Project Management Officer 商务项目专员.
- The commercial project manager essentially bears responsibility for supporting the project manageer by completing all commercial, contractual and legal tasks in the project optimized in terms of commercial scheduling and costs and in accordance with the relevant quality requirements.
What are my responsibilities?
Commercial Project Management
- Monitor cost situation at milestone PM100, PM200, PM300 and PM670. Define and implement measures together with project manager in case of cost overruns in order to keep project profitability
- Monitor financial and technical NCCs and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken and
completed in coordination with the project manager
- Commercial project coordination (e.g. applying for and monitoring bank guarantees, insurance etc.) as well as coordinating the legal, tax and insurance-related topics
- Observing fiscal, business law and commercial regulations applicable within the company
- Creating order intake calculation, design cost calculation and final costing
- Preparing timely invoices
- Preparing and executing regular commercial project reporting
- Participating and preparing project status meetings and milestone reviews
- Collaborating in the final project report and summarizing any lessons learned, including feedback to the organization
Accounts receivables
- monitor receivables
- coordinate cash collection with cash collection team
- consolidate reporting with cash collection reporting
Opportunity and risk management
- Identifying and financially assessing opportunities and risks, defining and implementing suitable measures for reducing risks or realizing opportunities and taking precautions for remaining risks.
- Preparing the risk and opportunity reporting
Claim and change order management
- Asserting own claims and reject unjustified claims
- Identifying and agreeing contractual changes with regard to the scope of delivery and services, prices, deadlines or other contractual agreements in coordination with the project management
Contract management
- Formulating of commercial and legal contractual terms and conditions with customers, consortium partners and subcontractors
- Collaborating in negotiations and also formulating and implementing contracts in the project
- Analyzing and assessing complex, possibly international, contract constellations
Controlling
- Carrying out the turnover planning, forecasting, controlling, monitoring and reporting on all or
assigned project figures on a monthly base
- Ensuring internal project controlling (scheduling and costs) and allocation of costs
Tax and Insurance
- Holistic handling of taxation aspects and insurance issues with involvement of the responsible functional department and taking the internal business models into account
- For export projects: ensure that local services are handled correctly (in terms of taxes and PE)
Customer Relationship Management
- Communicate with the customer on all commercial matters
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor Degree with major in accounting / finance or related field
- 2-3 years experience in financial activities in MNC Company.
- 1-3 years experience of collaboration in customer projects external to the Division
- Good command of written & oral English
- Collaboration in international teams
- Knowledge in managing risks and opportunities in the context of group project in his/her area of expertise. Including Identification & evolution of risks and opportunities and risk mitigation
- Knowledge of economics in project business, contract management, consortium agreements; international contract law, Business Integrity,
