任职要求：
1、熟练使用office办公软件，熟悉网、微店交易流程；
2、有天猫商城、淘宝商城、QQ商城、微商城等电子商务平台客服工作经验；
3、负责商品订单管理工作，跟进每日客户订单信息、发货、物流状态及对账催款；
4、良好的语言表达能力，思维敏捷，可以和顾客在线上和电话中良好沟通。
5、性格温和、有耐心，一年以上服装行业电商客服工作经验。
