Finance Controller

岗位职责：

1. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play an integral role in managing the finance and related activities of the company. You will lead a team and monitor the daily accounting operation including financial and management planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting analysis.

2. Need to provide direction, guidance, support and training to the accounts team.

3. Be responsible for the timely and accurate production of the month end management accounts as well as the year end audited accounts.

4. Need to manage the cash flow and spending, as well as making sure that the finance processes comply with Chinese law, external auditor and local government requirements.

5. Oversee the integrity of the product costings for the business and that they are kept up to date.

任职资格：

1. hold a University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration and a MBA degree is preferred.

2. Need to have at least 10 years of prior experience in financial roles for international reporting of overseas corporations.

3. Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint would be an advantage.

4. Strong financial knowledge / background and familiarity with Chinese GAAP and regulations is a must.

5. Should be a motivated individual with strong business acumen and excellent leadership skills.

6. Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills are essential to excel in this role as is the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

7. A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.

财务经理,

1. 负责主持财务会计及相关工作，向总经理汇报；

要求∶

1. 年龄介30-45岁，正规学院本科以上学历，专业为会计或者财务管理；

2. 熟悉新会计准则，至少8年外资企业财务会计及团队管理的工作经验；

3. 英语听、读、写、说熟练并达到商务水平；

4. 熟练操作办公软件包括Excel/PPT；

5. 根据工作需要可出差；

具备高度的责任感和团队精神，具有良好的沟通能力，较强的学习能力与适应能力。
