Responsibilities

Assists Accountant to prepare monthly income and expense statements, statements of cash flow.
Assists Accountant to prepare analyses of all balance sheets accounts.
Works with Accountant and Finance Manager on accounting problems, procedures and on revising accounting system.
Assists Accountant to review vouchers payables, prepare cash reports, and review all requests for payments prior to payment.
Prepares spreadsheets and monthly journal entries.

Requirements

College degree in accounting or finance.
Good English and Mandarin in both written and spoken.
Be honest, active, and have challenging spirit and good team-spirit.
Self-motivated
