Job description:

- Provide technical support to the clients, merchandising team and suppliers

- Factory sourcing supports to Merchandising Team; carry out factory audit and action plan follow up.

- Check and comments for the Initial Sample.

- Fit & comments for the Pre-production Sample.

- Setup Pre-production meeting to the factories, ensure the quality of product is up to the client’s requirement.

- Monitor at Trial On Production stage.

- Test requirements setting before production.

- Check lab test report for approval.

- Arrange development trip to factories with clients by season.

- Take the inline/final inspection if need.

Requirement:

- Diploma or above in footwear technology or equivalent disciplines.

- Minimum 5 years solid experience, strong production and quality control technical background.

- Technical knowledge of footwear making such as footwear construction, pattern making, mold and last engineering.

- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at one time. Attention to detail, concentration, problem solving and ability to conceptualize and implement project construction.

- Able to drive product focus, review design with merchandising / technical teams to ensure correct sample interpretation and execution.

- Excellent communication skills and proficient in English read and write.

- Capable of working under pressure, willing to work overtime.

- Willing to travel domestic and oversea.

- Strong and outgoing personality.
