Job Responsibilities：

1 .Handle all kind of sourcing & purchasing activities e.g. sourcing new vendor, develop new product, sampling, price negotiation, payment term dealing, order execution, cost comparison, quality claims, inventory control, order planning for local sale, delivery etc.

2. Improve the inventory aging in HK warehouse

3. Cost saving in resourcing

4. Prepare monthly purchasing & inventory report and price analysis

5. Develop and maintain relationship with vendors

6. Monitor vendors’ performance and quality

7. Trade Fair and Factory visit

Requirment:

1. Degree / Diploma holder in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline

2. At least 3 years in sourcing and purchasing experience in manufacturing would be an advantage

3. Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin. Cantonese would be an advantage

4. Proficiency in MS office and Oracle

5. Excellent negotiation skill, interpersonal, & supplier management skills

6. Positive working attitude and able to meet tight deadlines & work under pressure,

7. Able to handle multi-tasks, posses a high level of initiative, integrity and independently with minimum supervision

8. Good team spirit with ability to work with associates from different cultures

9. Willing to travel

10. Hardworking, open-minded and flexible to work on different product categories

11. Good communication skills with internal and external working partners

12. Good sourcing network of relevant vendors and strong material costing calculation

13. Self-motived, detailed minded and organized with strong sense of responsibility
