职位描述
- 分析与响应内部员工对数据信息的疑问，为部门提供可靠、有效的数据支持
- 持续改善运营流程与制度，并根据相关数据提供合理的分析与建议
- 主动消除运营内、外部各业务单位间的不畅环节，持续提升综合运营效率
任职要求：
- 本科以上学历，数理或经济管理类专业背景者优先
- 1年以上全职工作经验（优秀的应届毕业生不受工作经验的限制）
- 良好的功能分析能力，对互联网产品的技术和页面交互功能有深入了解，同时具备较强的、独立的文案编写能力
- 独立的思维能力，乐于沟通、协作，具备高度的自我约束能力、学习能力和表达能力，能够承担较大的工作压力和责任
- 能服从工作需要不定期出差
- 了解一般线性、时间序列、聚类等统计模型
