Key Responsibilities:
Database support: collecting data from various source and maintain them in databases, conducting preliminary research on open source
Documentation: support data team on documentation and translation
Projects/ Process coordination: support data team on project execution and coordination
Daily admin support: assist in team documents management, assist data team in handling daily admin issues, any other admin support if needed
Key skills required:
Skilled in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint and willingness to learn new applications
Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple assignments
Good team player to work with people with various backgrounds
Experience required:
College education or above
Basic written and oral communication skills in English
