工作内容
1. 负责所有模具的保养和维修，负责安排模具维修保养进度。
2. 实施模具维护保养程序。
3. 新模接收和检查过程。
4. 所有模具的故障排除，设计和修改。
5. 上司指派的其他工作任务。

任职要求
1. 中专以上学校毕业，年龄25~40岁，超过8年的模具维护和维修的相关工作经验
2. 熟悉模具结构、模具钢材知识以及具有注塑生产经验。
3. 熟练操作所有机器，包括铣床、磨床、车床机器等。
4. 熟悉模具零件的测量方法。
5. 有熟练的模具抛光技巧。
6. 优秀的沟通技巧和合作能力。
7. 掌握基本的英语交流。
