This position will mainly focus on facility support specified as below:

1. Serve as a chief facility coordinator at Shared Service Guangzhou, and synergize with China Facility team, on Lease Contract Management, Property Management, Space Planning and proposal, RE project coordination, Office Restacking & Repair, RE Payment coordination, Facility PR Processes and reports, and HSE issue proposition and coordination;

2. Chief Coordinator on Office Safety, Security System Maintenance, Security Issue Proposition and relevant support and coordination.

3. Take the lead of the duel fire drills annually.

4. Responsible for project-wide tasks pertaining to Shared Service Guangzhou.

This capacity will also need to manage and support other office admin daily operations as below:

1. Company events support.

2. Courier service support in responsive to auto business expansion at South hub.

3. Travel/Visa handling

4. Fix asset coordinator;

5. Stationery and office supplies purchasing

6. Office equipment maintenance coordinator (e.g. fax machines, copy machines, furniture);

7. Printing work coordination (e.g. company brochure, envelops, logo paper, name cards, marketing materials)

8. Cleaning, planting, and water service

9. Meeting room coordination

Requirements:

1. Graduate from university preferably major in Facility mgt., property mgt., HSE mgt. and or Administration;
2. 6-8 years’ work experience at the field of Facility & Admin, with facility project experience as a plus.
3. Working experience in MNC
4. Fluent English communication in speaking and writing
5. Solid interpersonal skills and communication skills

6. Computer skills in daily MS office application
