We are now looking for a Trainee Agronomist.

Position Purpose:
Develop skills and knowledge in agronomy necessary to provide quality specialist agronomic services, including research and training.

Requirements:
? Practical experience of working with and/or managing turfgrass in a golf or sports turf scenario.
? Practical agronomic experience in turfgrass will be highly advantageous. Applicants with a background in agriculture and/or horticultural science with a keen interest to develop within the sports turf agronomy area will also be considered.
? Fluent Mandarin and English
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Demonstrated report writing skills
? Proficient in the use of computers, specifically good at Microsoft Office
? Relevant tertiary qualification in agronomy (or near completion)
? Knowledge of playing surfaces
? Sound time management practices, able to independently organize their own time and consistently meet deadlines
? Strong customer focus, able to identify and meet client requirements
? Keen interest in sports
? Willing to travel (China and Asian region)


Salary depending on experience.

岗位要求:
? 有体育草皮和/或在高尔夫草坪管理的工作/经验优先
? 在草坪农艺实践经验优先。有农业和/或园艺科学背景并对体育草坪农学领域内发展有浓厚兴趣的也将予以优先考虑
? 普通话及英语流利
? 优秀的口头及书面沟通技巧
? 报告写作技巧
? 电脑熟练，尤其是office工具的使用熟练
? 农学相关的本科/研究生学历的毕业生或高年级在读生
? 有运动表面的知识
? 有完善的时间管理方法，能够独立组织自己的时间并在最后期限内完成工作
? 以客户为中心，能辨识及满足客户需要
? 对运动有浓厚兴趣
? 愿意出差 (多数为中国及亚洲，偶尔欧洲及澳大利亚)
