岗位职责:
任职资格:
⑴ 根据公司核保规则,在权限范围内进行保单风险评估工作;
⑵ 解答营销员或客户有关核保问题的咨询;
⑶ 与其它相关部门例如医务中心,理赔部等协调个案的处理;
⑷ 对营销员进行核保政策,风险控制和营运知识的培训与宣传.
任职资格:
⑴ 本科及以上学历,优秀应届毕业生也可考虑, 医学,保险,法律专业,其中医学专业优先;
⑵ 具有寿险核保或医院内科医生工作经验者优先;
⑶ 熟悉电脑操作,英文读写流利;
⑷ 具有良好的表达能力,较强的沟通能力;
⑸ 具有敏锐的观察能力和分析能力,有团队合作精神和优秀的客户服务意识.
