岗位职责：
1、熟悉淘宝网店与淘宝商城的销售流程及网络沟通技巧，有一年以上的行业经验，工作能力强优先；
2、热爱淘宝，热爱网络营销，尽心尽力对待工作，待人热情，有良好的服务意识，工作耐心细致；
3、有团队合作精神，有一定的组织能力，能承受较大的工作压力，且能够长期稳定工作至少一年以上
4、中文打字速度50字/分钟以上，具备良好的文字及语言沟通能力；
5、对流行趋势有一定把握,能够给客户推荐合适的商品
6、，在淘宝网店卖过物品者优先

工作内容：
1、通过在线交谈、电话等通讯工具为前来咨询的网络买家介绍商品、解答疑问，促成交易；
2、客户咨询、订单查询、修改的处理；
3、客户退、换货需求的处理；
4、客户抱怨、投诉、纠纷的受理与记录,能解决不良评价；
5、收集与反馈客户的意见；
6、整理和分析产品售后服务过程中反馈的数据和信息并转送相关部门；
7、售后服务文件的整理、存档；
