Estimator - Fabrication 工艺成本工程师－钣金件/构造件

Reporting to 汇报对象:
Engineering Director 工程总监

Job Purpose 工作目标:
The primary function is to review incoming request for quotations and to estimate the likely costs of manufacture of fabricated metal products from sub-contract suppliers
该岗位的主要职能是审核客户图纸和工程资料，预估钣金件/构造件产品的成本构成， 如材料成本，工艺时间及成本，人工成本等

Main Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Estimate raw material costs 预估材料成本
2. Estimate labour costs 预估人工成本
3. Estimate process/machining costs 预估工艺/加工成本
4. Assist production and quality engineers with supplier factory audits 协助产品工程师和质量工程师审核供应商

Planning & Organizing 规划和组织:
Proactive role in the estimating of 3rd party costs and the best processes to be used for the product for any request for quotation
积极主动预估产品的钣金件/构造件加工成本

Decision Making 决策:
Resolving estimating issues when there is insufficient information. Providing possible solutions and alternatives
在缺乏足够信息的情况下，能够解决有关成本预估的问题，并提供可行的解决方案和替代方案

Knowledge and Skills Required 知识，技能和经验:
1. Familiar with process costs of metal fabrication/sheet metal such as cutting, punching, bending, stamping, riveting etc. 熟知钣金件/构造件制作的工艺成本，如下料、冲裁、折弯、冲压、铆接等
2. Familiar with process costs of welding, painting, plating, powder coating, packaging, etc 熟知各种后工艺的成本，如焊接，喷涂，电镀, 包装等
3. Solid working experience at metal fabrication/sheet metal production and familiar with related equipment and facility, and their relation to the cost 有钣金件、构造件生产的实际经验，熟知各种机器设备、工艺设施，及其对成本的影响关系等
4. Be able to read engineering drawings and with software such as Autocad, Solidworks and Pro/E 能够识读理解各种工程图纸，包括使用一些软件使用如Autocad, Solidworks and Pro/E等
5. A passion for world-class quality 高度的质量热枕
6. Good English not essential but helpful 英语能力不是必须，但将优先考虑具备良好英语能力的候选人
7. Knowledge of CNC machining costs analysis would be helpful 如果还有CNC机加工方面的成本经验，将会是最佳人选
