? Senior Quality Assurance


Accountability
The Quality Assurance is accountable to:
? Secure compliance of every product to the updated H&M Quality Requirements
Main Responsibilities
? Assess risks on Components, Products Development and Quotation
? Secure components and products quality by managing external lab physical tests according to H&M quality requirements
? Perform internal lab physical tests using H&M test methods.
? Register and follow up in OFS tests and risk assessments.
? Educate suppliers on H&M Quality Requirements.
? Audit, approve and follow up supplier labs


Cooperation with other team:
? QA must have a close cooperation with Component team, Business team, Quality team to secure products quality

Cooperation with H&M suppliers and laboratories
? Support supplier to implement QA & testing activities
? Work closely with external laboratories on testing method and results.
Education and Experience requirements
? Graduate from textile, technical or engineering university.
? Preferably experience in testing, manufacturing or similar position in supplier or purchasing office.
