Responsibilities:
主要职责:
Provide level 1 IT technical assistance via telephone, emails and skype to our global customers;
提供远程的一线IT支持服务;
Document all reported incidents and service request via ticketing system;
通过订单系统把对问题进行记录;
Monitor all ‘High’ priority issues to ensure tickets resolved within SLA;
实时监控系统里面的单子,保证单子在SLA里面解决;
Coordinate the issue trouble shooting, root cause analysis, resolution design, service implementation to accomplish business demands;
对问题进行分析,解决和总结;
Escalate incidents/request to appropriate 2nd Level support team when necessary;
把解决不了的问题汇报给2线IT支持;
Assist to establish IT related policies and processes, and promote adoption and Adherence.
协助IT编写流程文档。
Requirements:
要求:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, related technical field or equivalent;
本科学历,计算机,英语专业优先;
Good command of oral and written English is a MUST;
过硬的英语听说读写能力;
Previous IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre experience would be highly desirable;
有过往help desk经验的优先;
Good Knowledge of Windows Server, Printer, Backup, Cisco Network, VPN, Active Directory, MS Office, Avaya telephony system would be advantages;
懂得windows服务器,打印机,备份,Cisco网络,VPN, AD, Office, Avaya电话的优先;
Team spirit and good communication skills;
有团队合作精神;
ITIL certification is a plus.
有ITIL认证的优先。
