Job Description:
1. Assist to manage the General Administration Function of the Company to ensure the administration service re running at maximum efficiency and effective.
2. Assist to monitoring, supervising, and controlling the Fixed Assets Management, Key management, Ware House management to provide an effective Facility & General ADM management to GLTc.
3. Maintains HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
4. Implements the Group Compliance Policy, as applicable to the roles. Be aware of the Operational Risk that associated with the role, and to ensure that all actions during the employment with HSBC take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring

Education and Relevant Experience:
1. University and above with at least 3years related working experiences.
2. Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both verbal and written, to enable effective communication at the most senior levels.
3. IT literate and proficient in MS Office
4. An independent worker with good planning/organizing, interpersonal skills and conscious to details.
5. Possess strong business and commercial awareness.
